General Swim School Information 

Chicago Blue Dolphins is a privately owned swim school in Downtown Chicago.  We have been teaching students of all ages and skill levels to be safe and effective in the water since 2003.  Our staff love coming to work and are passionate about their jobs.  Our indoor, year-round, warm water, and high tech Swim Studio creates an environment where success in evitable.

We love teaching and working with every student that enters our doors regardless of their age or skill level.  Everyday presents us an opportunity to help someone overcome a fear, turn on the light bulb, or break through an obstacle to improvement.  We work to build smiles, confidence and success.

Year-Round Employment

• Year round employment, minimum of 1 year of commitment
• Minimum 2 shifts per week - each shift is at least 4 hours long
• Schedule is set by staffing season (Jan-May, June-Aug, Aug-Dec)
• Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required
• No teaching experience necessary, we provide training
• Part and full time positions are available
